5 VOICES TEAM WORKSHOP

Most teams operate at less than 60% of their capacity according to GiANT Global Team Performance Assessment.

Start by identifying the issue but then clarify in dollars, what not solving that issue is costing the organization.

Dave Kountz

Dave holds a MSME, and he began his career at one of the US Navy R&D laborites.  8 Years later he moved to Lynchburg where he helped lead a start-up engineering firm into rapid growth and achieve inclusion into the INC 500.  

In 2002, Dave stepped into the non-profit arena as an Executive pastor helping lead Blue Ridge Community Church. They grew dramatically in size, but were also recognized by BCWI, as one of the most flourishing places to work in the US.

In 2017, he stepped back into the business world joining the leadership of a mid-sized MEP contracting company, Helping shape the company’s direction and strategy and to align around a clarified Mission and Values.

He founded G1 Solutions in 2023, believing that many leaders and teams fail to achieve what they are truly capable of. His goal through G1, is to help leaders and teams achieve more than they thought was possible.  Dave is a certified as both an Executive Coach and is a graduate of the elite Meta Performance Coaching Institute and is also a certified 5 Voices Guide.

Nate Taylor

Nate is a seasoned expert in unlocking leaders' potential and aligning organizational culture with mission. 

Holding a B.S. in Psychology and an MBA, he brings a unique perspective to leadership development.

 

With 18 years of experience across sectors such as collegiate leadership, restaurant operations, IT, non-profit management, and real estate investments, Nate has a proven track record of guiding organizations.

Nate’s expertise encompasses cultural alignment, staff development, and global mission initiatives.

 

Over the past decade as a coach, he has championed a collaborative leadership approach, working with teams to cultivate a strong organizational culture, enhance self-leadership, and develop comprehensive leadership strategies.
